Burger King - Lombard

Lights up, drive through open menu illuminated, no one answers, pull around, can no one see inside. when they are closed, they put a cone to block their drive or something.

Order has been placed, accepted, confirmed and a reception email to me. the credit card was also calculated. it was warned to pick up the order and the place was closed. this was at 6pm, well within the posted business hours. never again.

Burger King does not suck. At all. Ed has ordered for me there, I appreciate any vegan option. I can get an Impossible Whopper here, and vegan fries, and a kiddie size Diet Coke. 5 stars! Unlike McDs, who is perpetually going to bring out a vegan Beyond Burger. Big whoop.

This location charged me for cheese on my whoppers and i never got cheese my fries were cold and i got no receipt i called and spoke to the manager on duty and she said she repeated my order and i said i said it was right. So she new clear i wanted cheese she failed to put it on the sandwiches and charged me and did not give a recipe she would not correct her actions. I will never go to this location again i go to the one down the road who knows how to treat the customer. Thieves
