Coffee got cold and the staff didn't care even though I informed them that my Coffee is getting cold not even offer to warm it up. Lasttime will go to this place
They delivered my coffee Black, without the creamers and vanilla shots as ordered. When I called to let them know, he asked to reorder and get a free coffee tomorow. I was so upset, because I really wanted the coffee. He didn't even offer to make aanother delivery for the correct order.
I had a terrible experience at Dunkin' Donuts this past Saturday morning. I ordered a dozen munchkins at 10:30 AM for my granddaughter's soccer game, but instead, I received a dozen old, picked-over regular donuts. To make matters worse, my bill came to $16.60, and I didn't even receive a receipt. I will be reaching out to the regional corporate office to report the employees' lack of communication skills and how they failed to fulfill my order properly. It's disappointing to see Dunkin' Donuts declining like this.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the place was spotless. Even though it’s a small venue, I wasn’t bothered at all when I sat down. There were no unpleasant odors, and the drinks were made exactly as I requested, with the full amount of syrup—no shortcuts or half pumps. Overall, a fantastic experience!
I had the pleasure of being served by a very friendly young South Asian man at the drive-thru that day. His service was warm and welcoming, providing a smile that made the experience even better. What more could any customer ask for?
