Very nice address. Carbonades for all tastes, very well cooked a pleasure. The boss is very kind. Effective service has nothing to say otherwise.

Welcome as perfect as the quality of the proposed carbonnades. A local experience without any common measure. And I'm not saying that because I got a gun on my head.

After Lomme's braderie, look for a good restaurant. Why not Al Carbone? Frankly not disappointed. Excellent from any point of view!! The idea of offering only very good carbonnads and the atmosphere good child. To do again as soon as possible.. Joëlle and Bernard

An old saying says that chance does things well... It is by the greatest chance that we entered this restaurant. We were on Lomme when it wasn't planned. Near noon, we do a quick search on Google. Stay close to us. A scroll list, a name makes us smile El' carbon! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the boss with percuting humor in a world of mafia.. Then we feel comfortable. The concept of the restaurant is no longer easy: carbonnade or carbonnade. But watch out for the SUCCULENT CARBONNADES!!! Fish, pork, beef, poultry, sauces, thyme honey with cheese... All at will. Everything is consistent with the name of the apes the rum hummmmm! A slaughter), to the desserts passing the dishes, everything is very well thought out. I swear I didn't write that because the boss stuck a gun on the temple... An address on us keeps preciously and we highly recommend.
