My original booking was at 7 p.m. on 31/12, but the staff called us at 5:15 p.m. to ask us to come early. He had said about the phone planning to close at 8:00, but in fact we were asked to pay the bill at 7:05. We took 40x2 minutes back and forth for a 40 minutes fast dinner.

Very slow service, most of the food I ordered was overcooked, there was a 15% service fee that most likely contributes to bad service and food... Retail area is excellent

They said free tapas every Wednesday, so I booked a table for 2. I told them I have my reservation and would like to try the free tapas evening. did not expect the greatest tapas, but the tapas were not delicious, looked like the cook could not be disturbed to make the tapas, the same 2 tapas were served repeatedly and the personal coudlnt really answer when I asked what types of tapas we could get. I wasn't happy at all about the free food I was served, so I ordered food. the paid eating was okay, but not decent, even they have served various dishes from what I ordered, so the staff had to ask. I don't think I'd go back to the place.

They say free tapas on Wednesday from 20:00 to 21:30 only 1 tapa was served there in 1h30.

Unfortunately I did not take into account the negative comments before booking a table. I can confirm they are true. the tapas are too expensive. they are not a good value for money. although we had a reservation, we were not asked for our name. the atmosphere below is not quite good. but the waiter was kind.
