Roadhouse - London

We arrived shortly before 18 o'clock in the restaurant for the table we had booked at 18 o'clock for the birthday of my friends. the door was closed and a guy sitting on the podium simply cried out that it did not open until 6:30 o'clock. I tried to understand if there was another one when they book an earlier dinner, but he just went: "I am the security guard, not the manager." which obviously did not answer my question, I was very confused. so we were turned away in the middle of the covent garden on a Saturday evening to find another restaurant to go and celebrate the birthday of my friend. what counted 10 times worse when I received an email from opentable (which I booked through the table) to say that roadhouse had reported me as "no show". I showed I wanted to eat and drink cocktails there, but I was crazy! I wasn't impressed to say the least.

This restaurant is a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal with a charming ambiance.

The ambiance was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was decent but we didn't think it was worth the price, so we wouldn't recommend this restaurant to our friends.

Roadhousecwas amazing they gave us excellent service. The music was amazing. The food was great I absolutely love there buffalo chicken wings! For a great night out all in one this is the place.
