We ordered a savoury waffle that came out first it was very pale, cheese was completed cold and unmelted, the waffle tasted old a few hours and had been slightly warmed for a minimum time not cooked through, looked nothing like the picture which was melted and brown. We saw the staff member wipe down a dirty table wearing gloves, with the same gloves she went behind the counter and picked up our plates to serve us. Previous to this we had seen her touch the til and touch other foods with same gloves. She served our crepes which were also cold and very pale and hard from sitting on the counter until customers ordered. We walked out as hygiene was poor and food preparation terrible very surprised they had received a 5 for food safety as what we saw was very poor for a simply concept. Very badly done we would never return and would not recommend this to anyone there are other better places in Kingston with better food prep and staff attention to standards.

I took my daughter here for a treat, and ordered the triple chocolate waffle for myself, which is one of the more expensive sweet waffles. It just tasted bad. The waffle was flavourless with a terrible texture, and the toppings did nothing to redeem it. Even my 6 year old daughter wouldn't eat the ice cream. When I complained to the manager he said it was a different batter to their other (cheaper) waffles. Whatever it still tasted awful. And there were no menus on tables or information explaining the difference anywhere. No refund. Told I could order another one, but would have to pay. Great thanks. Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Was here for 10 minutes and unsurprisingly had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a hot chocolate and was given a lukewarm drink, and the waiter tried to justify why it wasn't hot. And when I asked if they could heat it up- sure they did, but they came across very rude and reluctant. It was not worth nearly £4.

American waffles Nutella sandwich was delicious and big : Waffle, Nutella, vanilla ice cream and cream what is not to like. We will be coming back for this winning combo. The “Thick shakes black and white” was **** and anything but thick. More like cold milk. The dark chocolate (the black bit was slivers of chocolate stuck to the inside of the glass so practically impossible to eat. Stay away from these tiny glasses of disappointment

There are no toilets in this place and the staff and incredibly rude and unsympathetic. They didn’t smile once and waffles were bland and soggy.
