Wafflemeister - London

Loved the sweet option but asked for several hearty waffles, but they were from the stock of several articles. Has been given the opportunity to form a hearty option.

When we arrived in Wafflemeister, they had a Happy Cow sticker at the door and also at the checkout that I thought was brilliant and showed some pride on their vegan offers. They had a separate vegan menu with some sweet and a few hearty options. We also asked about their sorbets and ice creams, and the server was very happy to check what was vegan for us (the ice creams were not, but the mango and raspberry sorbets were). We went for a Maple Syrup Pecan waffle, chocolate, banana strawberry waffle, and a shovel of each of the raspberry mango sorbets. The waffles were really delicious, I had most of the maple syrup and pecan one and I really enjoyed it. And the sorbets were also really good, although I had exaggerated it a bit by both the waffle and sorbet as it was a bit too much sugar and I felt a little sick afterwards, but the food itself was really good!

Dark chocolate, bananas and strawberry waffle was delicious. Very recommended!

Amazing food has a separate vegan menu. Also they let us bring in our dog not sure this is official policy though, it might depend on the staff. Choice of soya or almond milk for hot drinks
