Mcdonald's - London

Nice people, but too much clowning around. Eating and drinking on the prep line. One blonde picking up fresh fries with bare hands eating. No hair nets, no beard nets, no gloves being used, and not washing hands. All employees goofing off joking around when the store needs to be cleaned. Floors in the lobby need sweeping, and tables need to be cleaned. Carpets filthy and food on the floor. Also as usual, no ice cream. Hey management, train your employees.....

McDonald's is McDonald's. You know what you are getting every time. Nothing much to say.

Stopped by Easter Sunday at 4pm. Most people would be annoyed at having to work on a holiday, but the drive-through staff were so cheerful and good-natured that it brightened my whole afternoon! Props to them, and thank you for making my day better!

Not at all happy with the filet offish I received this afternoon, it tasted like it was pulled out of the trash and reheated.

I've been trying for months to get the baby toys in the kids meals. The employees always tell me they have them then when I get to the drive-thru and get my order they don't. Now I've been dealing with this for months at several locations of franchises. My next call will be to corporate.
