Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis restaurant is a fantastic option for those who don't enjoy fish and chips. Their version is not as greasy as the traditional American fish and chips I'm used to. The portions are also very generous.
The vegan fish and chips with banana leaf at this restaurant were absolutely delicious! It was not what we had imagined, but the unique twist made it even better. Although it took a bit of time to prepare, every bite was worth the wait. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The restaurant was amazing. We were fortunate to strike up a conversation with a local woman on the 73 bus heading from King's Cross to Essex Road. I asked her where we were.
Maybe they remember that I visited a fish and chip restaurant called sutton sons in the boxpark in shoreditch over the summer. it didn't blow me away. eating was great, but the place just didn’t do it for me “it felt like paying a lot (and waiting a long time) for a fish and chips takeaway experience. when I saw that they had a restaurant in stoke newington (where their fish merchants are based), I tried to try it out to see how the experience would differ and then a few weeks ago I was invited to try their brand new restaurant on the essex road in islington. on a Sunday dinner, I drove tim and I went there to see what it was about. I can tell them now that we were very impressed! and after we grew up in cypts with beautiful fresh fishing throughout the year, we had high expectations.
What's wrong? the finest fish and chip offer of stoke newington has expanded with a third opening on the new essex road in islington. their freshly caught, hand-preserved fish directly from sutton sons fishmongers in n16 are coated with their own special battery and served with hand-cuffed clobig chips.
