Soprano's West Pizza - London

We frequently had pizzas here. Around two weeks ago, we got a half Spinach half Hawaiian pizza.. it was disaster. Just a couple of pieces of spinach, and a couple of pieces of pineapple, and all cheese and oily.. it was too bad...In our next visit, we confronted our experience to one of the staff, and she gave us the worst customer service ever. She literally doesn't know anything about customer service. Instead of taking the feedback and trying to resolve the issue and compensate for our bad experience, she started to justify and argue with us. It was so rude and unacceptable. We will never order anything from this place anymore.To owner: please reconsider your staff members, they are ruining your business.

I’m so frustrated. The pizza is so good but the service is terrible. All the time when I call you the answer you in a bad mood and on site is the same. So bad service!

I rarely order takeout, and I don't have a car so I can't go pick up an order... the website allows you to place an order for delivery for 11-11:15, which implies that's when your order will be delivered. That is not the case. I received a call at 11:10 saying that they OPEN at 11 so if I still wanted my order it would be about 45 minutes. I find that unacceptable. If you open at 11 and can't have orders delivered at that time, customers shouldn't be able to set up delivery until noon, or whatever the earliest delivery time you can manage would be. That would be much more transparent.

One of our favourite places to get pizza from! Good amount of toppings, good prices and reasonably quick!

This is the best pizza place for a reasonable price. Well cooked and delicious pizza … good service and ready on time !!!!
