Starbucks - London

My man got his drink that immediately advised. when the lid was removed, it could be seen that the milk was cured and that was below. we thought it was one thing, but two days later this happened again. this place must clean their equipment and store container.something is definitiw wrong here.

Amazing staff who have recommended 2 new lattes to me that I now always get after 15 years drinking only vanilla lattes they also remade my latte when the appWouldn’t let you enter decaf and let me keep the first one which I reheated the next day. That was so amazing customer service and not all that hard to do to leave a customer with an amazing impression. I’ll be a lifelong customer

Since Covid there are no tables/chairs or washrooms. Just a cold atmosphere to pop in and grab a coffee. Not the experience you expect from Starbucks. Very disappointing. I was meeting a friend for coffee. It would have been nice if it was noted somewhere on the website that this wasn't possible.
