Avaliação da contribuiçãoI've visited this restaurant twice, and I have to say their subs are amazing. I can't deny it! The first time I went, I ended up waiting 30 minutes after a 15-minute drive while they said my order would be ready. The manager on duty was really accommodating and offered me a free regular sub to make up for the wait, which I really appreciated. That's what great customer service is all about. The delay was due to some employees not showing up or leaving early for various reasons, but she did her best to bring in extra help on her day off and stayed the whole day. If I recall correctly, she had been there since 5:30 AM—what a dedication! It was nighttime when I arrived, so it was clear she was committed to the success of her store. Kudos to her!
I placed an order over the phone, and the pickup process was quick and convenient. The bread was just right—not soggy at all. The turkey was the standout, followed closely by the steak and cheese, and then the chicken bomb. While the portions were a bit light on the meat, overall, the food was quite good. Like any new restaurant, there are bound to be some growing pains, but it seems they’ve taken the negative feedback to heart and made improvements. Keep striving to get better, and I’m confident you’ll do well. I suggest considering delivery options and expanding your sides, as they can help boost your profits. Best of luck—we'll be back!
--- I updated my initial 2-star review because I visited again today and had a much better experience. The manager was fantastic, and the restaurant was still spotless. I decided to give it 4 stars this time because the bread was soft, the sandwich was loaded with meat instead of being half-full like my last visit, and they added peppers throughout, making for a delicious sandwich. I’ll likely return to try other items on the menu. However, I visited the Londonderry location today, and while it was very clean and the staff was friendly, my sandwich (a steak and cheese) didn’t impress me. To me, it was a D grade. Here in New England, we expect a substantial sandwich for $10, but this one had very little steak and was quite thin. It felt fatty and was shorter than I expected for the price. Honestly, I’d be better off grabbing a $5 sub elsewhere. --- Let me know if you need any more changes!
