Bistro - Long Beach

During my stay at the hotel next door, I had the most delicious burger. I expected a typical frozen patty from the bar, but instead, I was pleasantly surprised with a perfectly cooked, flavorful burger accompanied by some amazing fries. The bartender and the chef were both friendly and attentive. I highly recommend trying the Bistro Burger. I was so eager to eat that I forgot to snap a picture!

This hotel and bar couldn't be more welcoming! As someone from the South, I have high praise for their hospitality. Jessie was our waiter, and he was incredibly patient and fantastic with our group of seven lively Cajun ladies. Stephen at the reception was wonderful too—there's so much to say about him! You definitely need to check this place out. I live in Louisiana, and I would absolutely return to stay here again!

The selection of appetizers is outstanding. The Brussels sprouts and baked brie were incredible. The impossible patty melt was absolutely delicious. The staff was attentive, the drinks were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere of the place makes me want to come back again and again!

Excellent cocktails and our waiter was very attentive. The food was mostly good and we enjoyed our dishes in general. My only torment was with the reserve ribs that were a bit hard on the outside. Otherwise, great taste, presentation and general experience.

Pretty chill atmosphere with a great wait staff. They know the food options here and provide great recommendations. I got the Brunch Burger and it was amazing! I like my burgers a certain way, and I wasn't sure I was going to like this burger, but it had so many different flavors hitting your palette that it was a tornado of goodness! Definitely recommend!
