Lucille’s Smokehouse -b-que

The food is delicious, and the customer service is excellent. They pay great attention to detail, and there’s a wonderful variety of drinks that are both delicious and refreshing. I highly recommend it; you’ll love it!

I love ordering from Lucille's, but I have to say their menu can be quite inconsistent. Yesterday, I tried their gumbo, and it just didn't hit the mark. Authentic gumbo has a distinct flavor that comes from okra or sassafras (in fact, "gumbo" literally means okra). Without at least one of those ingredients, what I received was really not gumbo at all. It was more of a well-seasoned roux-based stew, which left me feeling like I wasted my money. It's simply not gumbo. On the bright side, the biscuits were a bit too dry for my liking, but the beef ribs and potato salad were outstanding.

Excellent service, attentive to customers, and delicious food!

Picked up Thanksgiving meal, and I was impressed with how organized this location was. I have been to other locations, and it was complete kaos. I will be back next year.

Staff was great. Food was great. Experience was great.
