Pizza Hut - Long Beach

Needing my signature for a pizza I pre paid for was not cool! This was supposed to be a drop off but your delivery guy insisted I come out to sign for something already paid for. He handed the food to me. So much for keeping safe and no touch delivery!

I really like the way Pizza Hut keeps me informed about any deals and promos that you offer. Used my points for free pizza yesterday. Also, your drivers pretty much hit the mark when it comes to time of delivery. They missed it yesterday by a couple of minutes but no complaints. Pizza and sides were still piping hot and DELICIOUS!!! Keep up the good work

I place a order today an hour ago I was told that my delivery would come in 30 minutes so I called Pizza Hut I was told by employee that unless my orders $25 or over they can't deliver it after I waited for an hour then I asked to speak to the managerI was told that manager is on break I asked how long would she be back I'll call back then employee tell me 20 minutes and thenstart calling the manager from outside telling her to come in so I can speak to her and told me that the manager is going tohand him the phone back and tell me the same thing that he had told me which was I could place a new order and they were toobusy to call me back to confirm this information to me that should have been told to me from the jump

The menu was different from the other locations. The prices weren't competitive against a different location.

The customer service on the phone was excellent, delivery was prompt and pleasant, and the food was delicious
