Valentino's Pizza - Long Beach

The pizza here has a homemade taste like your grandma from Italy ?? ? made it. ? so good with wine. The tomatoe sauce on the pizza is so good, and the toppings are fresh and perfectly distributed onto the pizza. No sloppy over here. The crust is soft and freshly made. You can taste it. I ordered a extra large pepperoni pizza with ham and black olives. I love that their ham is cut into perfect squares and you don't have to worry about biting thru a lot of meat pieces in a bite. Again, great pizza. Vegetarian options: The tomatoe sauce is soo good, and fresh toppings. Perfect for veggie pizza. Great salads and fresh pastas and bread.

I'm glad someone recommended Velentino's Pizza to me. I really enjoyed the pizza we had there. We ordered a meat lovers and a vegetarian pizza, and both had fresh and perfect toppings and sauce. The pizza sauce had a full, rich flavor that I absolutely loved. This place is not your average pizza shop they put their own unique spin on their pies, turning them into something magical. I liked it so much that I went back for a second day. That's when they told me about their Detroit Style Pizza, and I decided to give it a try. Oh my God, this is my new favorite pizza! It's not quite a deep dish, but it's cooked in one of their magical blue steel pizza pans, which gives it a crispy cheese edge. It's a masterpiece!

Just great pizza. Crust is great. Toppings are solid. Vegetables tastes fresh and are high quality. Got delivery and was still hot when delivered. 100% will order again.

Detroit style 4 corner the way to go. Consistently great. Staff real friendly also. Walk up counter window and worth it.

It’s very rare these days where you find a place where they take the time to have a conversation with you about the history of their place. At Valentino’s Pizza, they not only do that, but they also provide the best veggie pizza that I have had in a while. The wings are juicy and not over cooked , like a lot of other places. Oh yea, and you’ll need a glass of milk for the brownie. I’m sure I’ll be back due to the good service and good people, and great food!!!!
