Staff is amazing!! My order is always right!! Love this DD!!

The team here is hustling to make sure that the greater Long Grove/Hawthorn Woods/Lake Zurich areas run on Dunkin. I pre-order everything through the Dunkin App to make sure the process is as smooth as possible so I can get on my way. As usual, the team had our order correct and ready to go once we pulled up to the window. Worth the quick trip if you are looking for a spot in the area with easy in and out access from Old McHenry and Rte. 22.

I would love to give them 5 stars but their consistency is subpar.

Cute little store. I enjoyed my coffee very much. It is kinda hidden by trees, so don't pass it up.

Just got home w disappointment number 2 in a row?. Yesterday my order was a medium iced coffee and a medium ice caramel macchiato, received 2 iced coffees. Didn?t complain, not a big deal, I have off days too. Today I ordered one med iced coffeewith an espresso shot and got what I think is a medium milk or cream w a shot of espresso, definitely tastes like it. This timeI had to say something as the second iced coffee yesterday was still enjoyed, this just can?t be?.. Would have driven back butthe parking lot is being seal coated so it?s a bit of chaos due to the customers not understanding how to navigate the cones nropes, maybe due to lack of coffee like me.
