I never write reviews but putting burnt black toast on the bottom instead of getting a new piece of bread is beyond ridiculous. May this level of irresponsibility never happen again. Otherwise love coming here for the Everything Toast. Two stars because the other meal was right.

Another lesson in check your order. We ordered 2 half Thai coconut salads to go. It took over 20min to have the salads prepared. They were left on the counter and we had to ask who they were for. Our salads were bagged and we went home only to find that two ingredients we asked to be removed were on both salads. One salad had half the chicken of the other and no dressing for either salad was included. The service was very poor and no care was taken preparing our order. We frequent this location and have not had an issue, but for the price you pay along with a tip at the cashier, we expect better.

Previously, I had a great experience here, so wanted to go back. I was really disappointed. My friend received her food a good 15 minutes at least before someone finally came to tell me they had run out of sweet potatoes. Then they didn't deliver my food and I finally went up to the counter to get it myself and it was cold. I also ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies and they gave me oatmeal. Hopefully this was just an off day, but I was really disappointed.

All the dishes I've tried in years past have be delicious, this is my first time seeing a menu dish that was unsatisfactory. Your 100% grass fed steak is ridiculous, it's grizzly, tough as nails, very little flavor and there's no way anyone will be able to cut it with a lousy butter knife provided. If I was to serve any steak on a salad it would be a tenderloin from a cow or wild boar.

Food comes out pretty quick. Plenty of seating during lunch hour. Plenty of vegetarian options. Loved their curry sweet potato soup and blueberry pesto sandwich!
