Wendy's - Longwood

When I hear Lakeisha's voice taking orders, I know my food is coming the way I ordered it hot and fresh. Her and her crew are rockstars during the day! Best crew right there!

This place is a complete dump save your time and money, and go somewhere else! I really wish they would shut this place down and put in something good for the city Longwood.

This location only had 2 people working this morning,11-29-23. The woman on the intercom was super rude even tho I tried to be as polite as possible thru that. Then she said it will be 4 mins for the chicken biscuits, cool no worries. 15 minutes go by and I had to bang on the door to get someone inside to let me in(both doors locked), walked inAnd the floor was almost too sticky to walk on. She ignored me standing there for over 10 minutes. So at this point the worker has taken my money and refusing to acknowledge me or give me my food. Regardless of the amount I’ll be filing a police report after work. I don’t have the luxury of wasting time at a fast food joint. Must be nice

Could it get worse? only two of us in the car (drive thru). hot and crispy pommes were not hot or crispy. we got our drinks and asked to wait on the line. I drank, not a sirup. I wanted to change to another drink, not a sirup. three was the charm! Fries came hot scaling! no salt on them. I have to go where we wanted, and the BTH brothers were not what we ordered. I'm probably done with wendys.

Burgers and fries were good but chili was overcooked beans and not very good. Several customers had to recheck orders in front of us as people were getting the wrong items or not getting them at all.
