Pizza Hut - Lonoke

I absolutely love this location! The buffet and salad bar are consistently fantastic, and the woman who works the lunch shift is incredible. She puts in so much effort, and with her long tenure, she definitely deserves a managerial role by now.

They have a sign up that they are now open at 1030. My mom and I went in at 1045. The salad bar(what they called a salad bar) was up, but nothing else. We asked the waitress, what time is the pizza put out? She said 11. Ok I get that, but then why have a sign that y'all are open at 1030? We go to find a table, and OMG that is hard. Every single table and seat had food on it. We found one of the cleaner tables, still had to brush food off the seats. The waitress knew we was there and still didnt take our drink order till 11(but they open at 1030). After she FINALLY got our drinks, she disappeared. My moms glass had a huge crack down the side and her tea was leaking everywhere! Mom had to take her glass to the front counter to get a new one. The waitress never came back around at all. The pizza(when they finally did put it out) had way way way to much sauce on it. Then we noticed the ceiling above the bars. It is about to fall in and has black mold growing all around it. There was new people coming in constantly and she wouldnt get them anything. They was having to get their own drinks and silverware. I use to work at this one. And it was always clean, very well maintained, and always had workers with smiles. Not anymore. I will not be back after this trip today.

Went to Pizza Hut at 6:20pm Saturday sat there fifteen minutes no one every come to take my order even had one of the employees come into the dining area and looked at me. I waited another Five minutes and left I was the only one there it wasn’t like the were covered up.

No service 1 girl server, no sweetener. Salad bar was empty.

Awful Service!!! I order a pizza at 9:40 and wait 50 minutes for a pizza that is suppose to be delivered to my house in under 30 minutes. I call and get put on hold, two separate times, and the man finally answers just to say We 're Closed. Sorry about the confusion. .. My family nor my friends will ever consider eating at this establishment ever again. Good way to lose business.
