Pizza Hut - Lonoke

Terrible place. Will drive 20+ extra minutes to go somewhere else. By far the worst I’ve ever been treated not only as a customer but just as a person in general. Several employees look to be on drugs or hung over and are far interested in talking to each other than doing their jobs. Blonde female cashier looked at me in disgust as I signed my receipt, then proceeded to basically lay across the counter to look at the receipt as I was signing it.

I’m a truck driver and during this covid 19 pandemic it’s hard for us drivers to find something to eat and I called and asked if they would deliver across to the truck stop and I was promptly told no because it’s against there policy. So much for helping out us truckers.

I WILL NEVER order junk from this place again. I ordered Chicken Alfredo. It was dry overcooked and didn 't have toast. Jose said you only get toast if you eat in. The city is on lock down and I gotta eat in to get my toast!!!!! I give them a 'O '

Love this location. The buffet and salad bar is always fire af and the girl that works there on the lunch shift is awesome. She works so hard and has been there so long she should be running the place by now.

They have a sign up that they are now open at 1030. My mom and I went in at 1045. The salad bar(what they called a salad bar) was up, but nothing else. We asked the waitress, what time is the pizza put out? She said 11. Ok I get that, but then why have a sign that y'all are open at 1030? We go to find a table, and OMG that is hard. Every single table and seat had food on it. We found one of the cleaner tables, still had to brush food off the seats. The waitress knew we was there and still didnt take our drink order till 11(but they open at 1030). After she FINALLY got our drinks, she disappeared. My moms glass had a huge crack down the side and her tea was leaking everywhere! Mom had to take her glass to the front counter to get a new one. The waitress never came back around at all. The pizza(when they finally did put it out) had way way way to much sauce on it. Then we noticed the ceiling above the bars. It is about to fall in and has black mold growing all around it. There was new people coming in constantly and she wouldnt get them anything. They was having to get their own drinks and silverware. I use to work at this one. And it was always clean, very well maintained, and always had workers with smiles. Not anymore. I will not be back after this trip today.
