Employee had me waiting for my food for a long time even though I ordered ahead of time. She was just standing there talking to another employee just talking and laughing. So I got up and asked if my order was ready and it was in front of her the whole time. Terrible customer service. Thank you for nothing.
The drive through was extremely slow! In addition, there were only two cars in the drive-through, including my vehicle. The worker at the window did not greet me or say anything to me....he simply handed me my food. They also forgot to include the cheese that came with the sandwich I paid for! Terrible!
Its ChickFilA. Everyones always nice albeit always being slammed. You always want it on Sunday but forget its closed on that day. Easy, Delicious, and always satisfying. The shakes are great, too.
Why do we have to wait in the drive through line to park and dine in? You need a better system.
The service here is way better than the Hollywood and Santa Monica locations. Reminded me more of the locations I would go to in GA because they were actually friendly and pleasant. The good quality was good too. Bags a little greasy and getting a code for the restroom is annoying but we got through the drive through quick.
