(it was on their vegan menu on their website.) as with many places in the states 't have labeling on the menu, so this made it more complicated.
I recently tried the 'Sweet Potato Black Bean Taco' and the 'Seared Cauliflower Chayote Taco' at this restaurant. It was my first time trying Chayote, and it was cooked perfectly. The sweet potato taco was tasty, but not particularly special. We had some confusion with the labeling as we weren't sure if the black bean taco contained meat. One server said yes, while another said no, even though it was listed on their vegan menu online. This lack of consistency in labeling made our dining experience more complicated.
The area this restaurant was located in was beautiful loved that I got to take so many great pictures. As for the actual restaurant it was ok. Great service and ok drinks the food is not authentic Mexican food I wouldn’t suggest getting the burrito it is very messy and wasn’t good. But tacos were ok. I think it’s overall over priced but I get it the location of the place speaks for itself.
Our server, Dede, was great! The food was okay. The drinks were excellent. Casual lunch date in the good cozy environment.
Food was great and drinks were tasty. Outdoor area has heat lamps which was much appreciated. Waiter was super helpful in getting us the gluten free menu and guiding us on potential cross-contamination since my boyfriend has celiacs. Would recommend!
