Coffee Bean is way better than Starbucks in my opinion. The Iced Vanilla Latte at Coffee Bean is delicious and they definitely have the best ice

The customer service in store is excellent, they are out to make your experience great. The mess-ups and the not paying attention to requests on delivery orders is their only downfall. 4 star because delivery service is terrible, but instore service makes up for it.

The coffee offerings are excellent, but the store could benefit from having more seating available.

I absolutely love the Hot Americano with vanilla powder and whipped cream!
