Chili's Grill - Louisiana

Worst experience ever, will never go there again. No refills, food was wrong, was informed that an item was out of stock 45 minutes into the service..wife didn't even get to eat as it was over an hour and she still didn't get her order. No management came to check on us or was available to speak to. I recommend firing the whole crew and start fresh, everyone seemed unwilling to help and basically had a not my job attitude. Our order was wrong,Food was horrible ribs was hard and dry and service was slow. Waitress was unattended to our needs!

Left a one star review because I had to in order to leave the review. Waited 5 minutes at the door to be seated then waited another 10—15 minutes at the table and no waitress ever came by to take my order or ask if I wanted a drink. If you only have 1 hr for lunch don't go to this chili's because you will not have enough time i finally had to walk out and go somewhere else to eat. VERY VERY VERY SLOWWWWW!!!

Much better experience than our visit to the Thibodaux, LA location last week! Aimee and all the staff were great.

Had Ribeye, was tough, Broccoli was cold when served
