Avaliação da contribuiçãoFood was really tasty and delicious!! Loved the Shrimp and Pork steamed wontons. The green curry was great as well.
The food is delicious, and the vegetables are incredibly fresh, making the meal truly wonderful. I found myself wanting to eat more, but unfortunately, I only have one stomach, hehehe!
This restaurant in Louisville is truly underrated! I highly recommend trying the beef stew—it's fantastic! The prices are very reasonable, with banh mis costing less than $6 and pho around $10. You really can't beat the value. It's a bit disappointing that it seems mostly empty every time we visit, especially considering how good the food is.
I visited this restaurant with my husband and ordered a noodle dish that was just average. However, I’ve been on a quest to find the best pho in Louisville, and this was the last place on my list to try. Out of all the Vietnamese restaurants in the area, including Vietnam Kitchen, Pho Phi, La Que, and District 6, A Chau stood out as having the best pho! It was flavorful, aromatic, and simply perfect. For me, it tied with Nam Nam as the best in town, but at a much better price! Great job, A Chau, and congratulations!
This is my absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Louisville! The food is on point with great flavor and the price can't be beat! I almost always get the vegetable pho with tofu and they never disappoint in loading it with so many different kinds of vegetables. And the broth... it's fantastic, I almost hate putting the chili sauce in it. The food is so good and perfectly priced that I usually order another dish to take home with me. One dish that's not on the menu but written on a board is eggplant and tofu stir fry. It's fantastic!
