Chili's Grill Louisville

I got the Philly chili cheese steak and a side order of their fabulous mushrooms. This is how a cheese steak is done. The waitress was awesome, constantly checking in on us.The atmosphere was great good music playingood times.

Staff was so nice and the restaurant was clean and the food was delicious !!

I order from Chili’s cause of the curbside service and I went in today and they don’t offer curbside anymore. I am slightly disabled, that’s the reason I order from Chili’s.

The whole experience was horrible. The server was unattentive, he didn't give us silverware he didnt check on us. My fries was cold and I asked In the beginning for hot food. He brought out a hot hamburger and cold fries. I had to wait between 10-15 minutes to receive hot fries by than I had eaten my hamburger. The restaurant as well as the tables and floors were filthy. I will not return to this location ever again.

We arrived at 11ish and were seated promptly. A server immediately brough us drinks and took our order. We had a Sante Fe Grilled Chicken Salad and a lunch special, small salad, smash burger, fries and a drink. The food came out quickly and was super fresh. The salad was cold and the chicken freshly cooked. The salad, smash burger, fries and drink was a great deal at $10. Over a dozen customers came in after us and the servers were quick and friendly. Our server checked on us several times and ensured there was nothing we needed. She offered more than once to get us a to go version of our drink. Super pleasant visit with good food, good service and pleasant atmosphere. It was a bit chilly for me, but it might have been due to them just opening.
