Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis really hit the spot after a bike race I did in the cold. Polite and efficient service and great good. The catfish they put on top of the jambalaya I ordered is probably the best I ever had.
Had a great time at Couvillion today. We got one on one time with Chef Tiny and she explained a lot about the menu, ingredients and techniques they use. I loved the Pork Rinds and the Smoked Cornbread appetizers. I had the Turnip Cake, ongrits with okra and tomatoes. It was delicious and original. I can 't wait to go back, for a couple favorites and to trysomething new! All of the staff was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience!
Was twice at couvillion and enjoyed it both times. I had the throat cakes, the meat flakes, the grumbs, the spits and the infamous blackeners, which are covered with cheeto dust. they have a happy hour of 4pm-6pm at the moment and have a list of special award-winning drinks. we tried the old fashioned and French 75. we will eat and drink again! many parking spaces and located in the German city, so much more great bars and restaurants right around the corner.
Very good food. Make sure to try the roasted cauliflower and pepper jelly slaw. You can spend anywhere between $5 and $20 on an entree. Everything is available as a side. The drinks are terrific. We felt like it was a great deal. Our waitress was also tending bar which was okay for the most part, but she definitely spent 15 minutes behind the bar straight right about the time we were ready to go prolonging our stay.
They take reservations! Beautiful ambiance, excellent service, good prices, shareable portions, extensive alcohol list that includes several NON-ALCOHOLIC options (this excites me because I'm sober). I went with my family. We all got something different and shared. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. We all agreed we would go back.
