Mcdonald's - Louisville

The pathetic excuse for a mcdonald I've ever eaten. they have made my order wrong when I went back to get it right, my burger was not even heated. the hate was hard and stale, that was cold not melted and was not busy at all.

Walked in at 4pm with Family of 6 and nobody inside restaurant but us. Drive thru was busy, no one ever acknowledged we were there even after everyone going to the restroom. The employees did see us but never had time. We were driving from Pittsburgh, PA to Tulsa, Ok. My children really wanted McDonalds....very poorly run and dirty

Slow always a problem or order wrong.This used to be one of my favorite McDonald's especially because it's right down the street from my house but the past year we been going on new cut road.

I was waiting at the counter for several minutes, it seemed pretty busy at the drive-thru. Then a female employee, who was actually still on her break, showed up to take my order. Then another employee showed up, said he had just clocked in he would finish w/my order, which only entailed me paying for my order. But, it was great that the employee who was actually still on her break, came to take my order. She noticed that I had waited a couple of minutes, didn't want to see me having to wait longer, I suppose. So I had a pretty great experience at the restaurant, my sandwich , fries were pretty good, also.

Generally, I like this store, but they dropped the ball today. Ordered an iced coffee and got coffee flavored water. I thought they messed up and gave me iced tea. Ordered on the app and added sugar. There is no option for the cream, so 50% of the time you get just coffee instead of the way it's pictured with the cream and such. At least I only spent a $1 on the app for it.
