Subway - Louisville

The new person working there is amazing! She did a fantastic job taking care of us and was very nice. I didn’t catch her name, but she definitely made our dining experience enjoyable. Great job!

I arrived at the restaurant at 10:50 AM, which was a bit early. An employee quickly rushed to the door and locked it, making strange gestures. I then decided to go through the drive-thru instead. At the window, the employee appeared frustrated because the driver had to reach behind him to retrieve the payment. He forcefully placed the sandwiches between the window and seemed annoyed as he handed them over. It was also odd that he had a non-employee with him when he locked the door. To top it off, he made quite a drama out of locking the window immediately after giving us the sandwiches. This was an hour before the drive-thru was set to close. Overall, I found this experience to be extremely unprofessional in terms of customer service.

The staff here is amazing! I come for lunch at least three times a week, and I highly recommend this location.
