Max Orient

This place is in the Louisville Chinese food hall of fame. There's a reason the line here can get so big, it snakes through half the food court at Jefferson mall. You get big portions for a good price. The staff is very friendly as well. Shoutout to Steve, Bertha, Jackie and Paola for holding it down when there's 40 people in front of them asking for Peking chicken. Literally all the food here is good, from the main entrees to the side items. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth stopping in the mall only for max orient. I have no other reason to visit Jefferson mall lol. Thanks for keeping our bellies full guys

Was eating my food and spit out a finger nail… most nasty thing I ever done I wouldn’t recommend anyone from eating here…..

Terrific Peking chicken, noodles, honey mustard chicken, and crab raggoons. I’ve been coming here for 20+ years

I really hope they open their own restaurant one day because I think they are the only thing keeping Jefferson mall open.

Good food as long as you don't get a veggie dish, not hardly any meat. To high in price, with very little meat.
