Bamboo Express - Loveland

This spot has always been my go to for quick, affordable, delicious Chinese!!! Never disappoints!!!

I eat at Bamboo Express about 3 days per week. There is no other place in the world where $4.27 will buy you an entire plate of quality food! The staff is friendly and authentic!

The prices are pretty low. I guess you get what you pay for. The noodles seemed like they were actually spaghetti noodles. The rice may have been purchased at a discount because it was little tiny bits. The sesame chicken and orange chicken seem to be mostly hard crunchy deep fried batter pieces with very little meat in them. If I were to visit again I would purchase items that were not breaded and would skip the rice and the noodles.

This Review is for delivery only I'm from the NYC area so I hold (American) Chinese food to a pretty high standard. The Egg Foo Young and chicken with broccoli are on point. It seems like they have a significant number of options that are on the menu for delivery that they don't put on the cafeteria line and that's definitely the way to go as they make it fresh for your order. Soups are great and exactly what I want for my Chinese take away.

I miss the old owners. Ever since the younger guys took over, the food quality has gone down. Servings are a bit smaller too due to smaller take out boxes. The wontons have also gotten way smaller but still taste great. They really hold out on the sweet n sour sauce. It's a 2oz cup that's filled 1/4th of the way so it's barley an ounce. Have to get like 4 each time I go in. Idk why they just don't fill them better. No more house made spicy mustard either which is a bummer. They're very fast though and get people in and out quickly plus the price isn't bad at all.
