Waited minutes for drinks and called twice in the load to inquire the waiting time and the second time asked to talk to the manager. the manager came up and told me if I didn't like it, I could go and request a refund online. called back to ask for the name and number of the owners and was told that all she knew was his first name “Monte” was given a number for an alleged district manager and when I called it it led to a voicemail that had not been set up. filed a complaint online and will never return my business to this location. most far they run the place.

I've changed my review. I sat outside, in a stall after I had already paid, and never got my order. I sat there for minutes, pressed the button several times after a eta or my order to cancel and receive a refund. Nobody ever came out. I had to go without my food and without my money. all for a drink and a dead one.

Came to shake. it took about minutes to take them to the car. when I asked if the server knew which was shaking, which weeping them were all different flavors, she made a sound of angry and then gave me the first shaking. when I put it in the cup holder, the lid dipped, slapped sawne went down and then the cup slipped laterally into the cup holder. when I try to keep it up and clean it up again, she starts trying to make me the next shake and look at the one who just made a mess and said I think that was one of the reese’s who then tried to take me back the shake. I'm trying to, I can't catch the others until I cleared up the chaos and she just stood there clearly annoyed and said that she could probably go to get me a serviette if I wanted. Once I cleared the mess, I have the other shakes. but there was no excuse to help beside a serviette, or even understand why I couldn't catch the rest of the shakes if I had a chaos from the first. I wasn't at this place long because the service was not so good at the time, but thought I would try again. never again.

We waited half an hour for milk shakes. when they were ready, an extremely rude woman brought her out, threw herself around the setting, gave us a milkshake with a lid not all the way up, so it spills everywhere in the car. then she was annoyed that we couldn't catch the other milkshakes right away.

First time I went to this location. The drive up was quick and I got great service. The burger I got was absolutely delicious! Fries were crunchy and hot. I felt it was a good experience.
