The walls and ceiling are coated in a thick layer of dust from the A/C. It's not very hygienic. There are dust balls fluttering right over all the food, which is open to the elements. I think the kitchen area needs to be covered in plastic and the walls and ceilings cleaned.If the a/c system was serviced regularly with proper filtration, it would help with this.The owner needs to get this sorted out, or I will not be coming back to this location.
Food is good but the black guy working the register needs to learn a few things about customer service. You can't be giving your customers dirty looks. And complaining about your issues to your coworkers while at work. Us paying customers shouldn't have to listen to or deal with that. Have a better day
This used to be our favorite location but will no longer give them my money or business. The workers tried over charging for items they were not putting in my drink. We have come to this location since it opened and ordered the same thing and now they want to overcharge us.
No soap in bathhroom.IS STAFF WASHING HANDS AFTER USING THE RESTROOM? I HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE AND NO SOAP. I PREFER TO CLEAN MY HANDS BEFORE I EAT. I WILL RAISE TO 3 STARS AND CHECK IT OUT AGAIN SOON. HOPEFULLY I CAN CHANGE THIS REVIEW AT THAT TIME
This morning I had a negative experience at this location.They were having a promotion for a free smoothie if you order food. I made the order through the app for pick up and I guess I accidentally deleted the smoothie without knowing that mistake was on my part. On my way to work I stopped in to pick up my order and I was only handed food, and not my smoothie. They informed me that there was no smoothie on my order, and I informed them that that was accidental. I proceeded to show them in the app the promotion to get a free smoothie with my food. Instead of making it for me since I had already paid for the food, they said they couldn't give it to me because it had to go through the system. They were not rude it's just the principle for me I was not trying to take advantage of the system I just made a general mistake and they were not willing to make and accommodation for me considering the circumstance. These are small things that make a difference when it comes to customer service and ensuring the customer is satisfied. It would not have been that difficult to simply make the smoothie that I was supposed to get for free.
