I'm pretty sure that the soup I got from the vegetarian menu was made with a pigeon and judged by the strong smell. I tried to ask the staff, but I don't think they understood me, so I gave up.
We ordered the reisnudel soup (20.000 kip) and yellow kosnusskur (25,000 kip) and found both delicious (you might want to ask extra sweet in the curry). the curry might come 5 or 10 minutes after the suppe, but that was ok for us as the suppe was too hot to eat (a good thing anyway. the interieur is beautiful enough and we enjoyed our meal here. the Wifi password is 56777888.
I have the sweet and sour bean cucumber with sweet and sour sauce was not the best. The bean cucumber seemed just like normal (but definitiw tasty) tofu to me. the service was in order. it was a young man who didn't talk much, but I guess he was just shy and didn't speak much English. the place itself is sweet. especially the tables outside are beautiful. I would perhaps go back to try the sweet with cocos milk because it is the first restaurant I found that has it, but otherwise I would rather go to the night market or the same!
As our guesthouse was in the neighbourhood, we followed the Happy Cow-reviews to this place. The food was good, I was craving some protein and found some welcome change from vegetables with rice as they also had dishes with tofu. Everything we had was yummy. On the other hand this place is not soooo special, so I would not make a long way to visit this restaurant.
