Burger King - Lubbock

Worst burgerking of all time hands down. I always liked bk, but this place is terrible bad service bad eating. I did not give my full order and call on, but no one will answer the phone. burgerking is good, but this situation last year is minus 3 stars

From dallas for my daughter tried to visit at texas tech bad customer service I ever met at a burger king. there were drinks, no straws given and said to park in front. they were here about 20 minutes during the evaluation, because the broiler was warming up the dame that took orders was not good at all. lubbock that sucks your bk. avoid that when I come back to visit my daughter on the college.

The worst almost food place I've ever been. I would rate this place negatiw if I could. eating is always cold, place is dirty, customer service (also for a fast food place) is not present. save her money her health: don't visit this place. instead visit the taco bell next door.

I waited for more than 20 min my sandwich was wrong, it was cold pommes cold. it is as if the employees and manager don't care. I need a new crew. my food was evil

We've only been to this location a few times because they have so many issues, cold and/or old food, order is always wrong, bad customer service, long wait times, etc. We only go to this location when we absolutely have to, but not anymore, I'd rather go out of my to another location or even go into Walmart and get ready made food. The last time we went we were there for almost 40 minutes and I had use the app to place my order. We only saw 2 employees through the window and they didn't even look like employees, no uniforms, one employee was wearing a tank top and jeans pulled down so far that his underwear wear out. I don't care what people wear, but if your working that is very inappropriate. Just don't go to this restaurant. The reviews here are right either fix or shut it down.
