Whataburger - Lubbock

I really do love whataburger. This particular one has gone down bad. Can't seem to get the food cooked. Same with the burgers I order well because I have learned with this location(shouldn't have to) and they still come pink and way undercooked. Thismorning I had to cook my sausage that was on my bob. Nothing more frustrating than having to come home and cook the food thatyou picked up from a drive so you wouldn't have have to cook lol. I am glad they got new drive thru help. She was really nice.But come on whataburger on 4th do better cooks. Morning and night always with the undercooked food man you are going to makesomeone really sick! Undercooked pork is a NO NO. We frequent alot and we get undercooked/raw food way more than we should ????3 star is based on service alone she was nice a older Hispanic woman. I wish I would have got her name. 6:45 am thank you ma'amfor being kind.

Went throught drive thru at 23 pm last night I command my husband meal first and then ask for a big fry lady asked if I had a drink and what kind of a kind. Get into the window and the boy who obviously new hands me a drink, I asked if I was charged for the other drink and he said no. He said he didn't pay a problem for my drink. then he tries to find out how to ring it in the meantime everyone else is just standing there and stars doesn't help at all. He gives me the drink and when I put him in my cup, I hear a woman on the window saying you give me a headache that I turned and looked out quickly, and she turned her away so quickly and acted as if she was talking to the boy and screamed that he left. it was a very bright young lady with jet black hair (she was also the one who took my order on the menu and not the guilt to the trainer instead of guilt). It's always the night team that's so disgusting.

Got the #13 which is the chicken strip meal. they have forgotten my gravy the past 3 times when i specifically tell them not to. shouldn’t have to open the box and check to see if they gave me everything i paid for. so ridiculous. will not be returned.

Very very good food, lady at register was very nice sweet, food was ready pretty fast!! And the place was pretty clean!
