Avaliação da contribuiçãoWing through the drive thru and ordered my normal “number 7” when I came into the window, I was told that they just ran out of chicken and they can do steak without charging. (charge is 30 cents) I said, okay, that's good as it would be free. The manager had apparently told them “No that I don’t make it free” and ended up loading me for it without knowing me. I've always looked at my receipt and saw that I was charged... Well, it's only 30 cents, but it's the point of matter. I know it wasn't the girls to blame on the hard drive they window because she said she thought I heard he said that. But I didn't get it if I heard it. The manager should have gone better. I'm not impressed. As a regular customer there is a lot. I'm pretty upset. UPDATE... they also forgot my taco sauce
Food was cold and we were not happy with it at all. We live 25 mins outside of Tyler so, we ate it. I got sick and had explosive diarrhea. When I called to speak to the manager, I was told that the manager was unavailable however, she said they couldn't do anything without the receipt, which we never received and I was called a liar and told that her staff gives every receipt. So. I no longer eat at that particular Taco Bell again.
Some places need to take pride in their food, taco bell on timberland gave me what you see in the picture. I took it back to the manager and told him what i got LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT I GOT! Hardly any meat as compared to the picture, looked as if it had already been eaten....was not pleased. My meal looked just like the photo don't you think?
Not a single Taco Bell I go to bothers labeling which burrito is which so you get a mystery grab bag instead of what you actually ordered!
I doordashed Taco Bell and they forgot more than half of my order. Personally I didn’t get any food. The dasher was a saint and offered to help us get our missing items but taco bell refused to help us.
