Bistron - Luleaa

Every summer we go to Bistron and it’s a great experience every time. This summer was actually slightly better than last year, much thanks to the splendid waiter. Very kind, speedy, attentive and knowledgeable – nothing to complain about really. The cocktails seem to have been updated – maybe there is a new bartender? – with contemporary ingredients such as whey, wine acids, chili oil, grilled peach etc. Nonetheless they were likeable and really tasty! The food was on fleek – everything was cooked to perfection and flavors were high. We had tuna, entrecôte, and lamb that all were delicious. The only negatives were the mussels that were a bit too spicy and bland and the outdoor heating which was way too hot. Regardless, I highly recommend Bistron.

Lovely food in a relaxed but attentive atmosphere. Great to dine outside in summer, overlooking the bay. And nice and cosy in winter. Lobster roll to die for. Every dish has always been good. A very good wine list. Anywhere serving decent vintage Léoville Barton knows their stuff. Hope to be back soon. Tack så mycket!

The food is absolutely amazing!! We tried the tartar, both asian and classic as recommended by the waitress, and it was fantastic. 100% recommend if you Are visiting Luleå!
