The Smithfield - Luton

Without doubt experience one of my better airport meals. not sure why it gets so bad reviews. there were no huge waits like the other restaurants, so decided to go. we ordered from the table with our phones. very simple and no problems with the device. it can also be ordered at the bar if they prefer it. eating came really fast and honest everything was good. I had no problem with everything. is it fine eating? no. it is quite good pub food in an airport absolutely. I ordered a chicken burger and sweet kartoffel fries and was satisfied with everything. there are also charging points at any table that is simply amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again.

To be fair, eating is quite good! love the beard and the avocado jam. it has a good atmosphere that lets them forget that they are at the airport and are on their vacation goodbye!

Nice place, lots of sitting space, the food is good, the portion size is ok but when we asked for more toast and butter they gave us without questions or extra charge.

Basically the place is ok, I couldn't use the table ordering due to some site issues.. Luckily a nice waitress came in replacing the website. Food ok, price is fair for an airport. In the end a nice service makes the difference.

Good choice for food and drinks while waiting for your flight. The interior is quite nice and a bit vintage. Orders taken only at the bar, and it can get busy on the waiting line. Tables, menus and ketchup bottle weren't very clean though.
