Aka Cité Sushi Place D'armes

Now, this was worth the wait. Opened back up at 19:00, we were the first in the door. Gorgeous place, inventive menu, everything tasted outstanding. Great variety of offerings: food and drink. Highly recommend.

Not too bad for a sushi place. Fish was definitely fresh. And that's most important. Some of the other ingredients were not prepared that well though. This food 3 stars. Service and location was great though.

Delicious food, beyond beautiful presentation of the food as well. Great selection on the menu. Me and three friends shared this platter between us and it was the perfect amount for us. The service could definitely be better, they’re not the most attentive staff.. but other than that, I always enjoy eating at Aka. Amazing food and a great atmosphere. It’s a bit pricier than other sushi restaurants but it’s worth the money. Would highly recommend :

For the price it was nothing crazy, just the normal sushi and traditional flavors. Personally I expected a bit more exotic combinations. The environment and the service was nice :

I have yo confess that I am slightly disappointed. I have eaten Japanese food across the world and Aka is the one that is far behind in my list. I may have been unlucky with the chef being in bad mood but did not appreciated my meal regretfully. The staff was ok but I guess they will not see me again.
