Downtown Café - Luxembourg

I’ve seen a number of negative reviews about Downtown Cafe but I have to say my visit was a very pleasant experience. My only comment is they put enough toppings on my bagel that it was messy to eat, but considering the extra toppings it was worth it. We visited on a Sunday and it was very busy but I have no complaints about the visit.

Just good and efficient service is missing....otherwise 5/5 star atmosphere

I had never seen a restaurant serving store-bought, sous-vide poached eggs. It was cold and tasted like plastic. That's a very lazy approach when you sale breakfasts and brunches. However, service was good and the waitress had it replaced by scrambled eggs.

It’s not a good place to drink even a cup of coffee. I took a brunch (scrambled egg with avocado), it was not acceptable for me due to bad taste and poor quality the dish at all. Their staffs are not professional at all, when I was asking for some black pepper, you can see how did they serve some basic things in a restaurant… 100% not recommended…

Had a terrible brunch. Club Sandwich with wedges and side salad. Salad was not washed, wedges were old, chicken was dry and very chewy and sandwich overall blend. Peppermint tea was too bitter. Left without eating half of the food.
