Very oversalted and burnt fries, they're supposed to be yellow ish..not orange and long wait

The online delivery systems saved this business from closing down during the covid pandemic, its sad how the workers here hold people who work for the delivery system so people can vandalize they're cars in the parking lot as it takes them 40 minutes to make a single burger and fries order. Eat here and get your car fukked up in the parking lot.

Wow, have been coming here for 9+ years and today was totally disappointing. They had 6 people behind the counter but moved incredibly slowly. My sandwich was done before the other one in our order and they let it sit out, not wrapped, for several minutes before slowly wrapping it (and it sat still for another 4ish minutes). The fries were also disappointing, cooked well and tasty, but that extra fry dump that they're known for was about five fries. With so many people working I would have expected them to be more efficient. They were also out of ketchup. Overall just a really disappointing experience, especially when the bill was $27 for a grilled cheese, a plain little hamburger, two drinks, and a regular fry.

Good clean environment, friendly staff, ready to explain the menu when your new to five guys. I really like that there are numerous items you can choose to add to your burger for free. For example grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. And then there are some for which you will pay. We find that the little French frit is enough to share because they give you so much. Everything for a Fast Food Burger. That's one of the best. If you have any doubts, go in and read all speakers from the newspapers around the country.

Always a great burger. The burgers are very fillable and the choice of toppings are many. Love the Cajun-Fries...
