Very nice restaurant. This restaurant, Norra Hamnen 5, is the number one reason to visit Lysekil. Staff is nice and helpful. Food is tasty, high quality and well presented. We had seafood and fish. Everything was perfect. Selection of wine is very good but not super expensive. There is nice selection of local beer and imported beer. If you are into whisky, rum, calvados or cognac you will love this place since there is a huge selection to choose from. Very much recommended. We were happy with the experience of having dinner at Norra Hamnen 5. This restaurant is way much better than any other restaurant in Lysekil. That’s my opinion.

Good food, nice staff, fantastic view. Hard to find a better restaurant to celebrate a birthday. We chose to eat three dishes, and all were delicious. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Been here many times and the quality (and taste) of the food is different each time, which is not acceptable considering the price point. But with that being said, there are a few dishes that are worth trying. The fish and shellfish soup as well as the Vendace roe on toast is delicious starters. The shrimp sandwich is great but the star of the show is the Moules Frites! Skip the burrata the burger. But you don’t have to go here just for the food. The drinks are great and the view is amazing! But make sure to book in advance because this place is crowded all summer.

We visited Lysekil in late February, and luckily Norra Hamnen 5 was open (several other restaurants were not because of this being low season). We had booked table in advance (reccomended very busy place), and got a nice seating with a window table. The waiter was very nice and attentive, and the food was really tasty and well presented. Cool place with modern decor and vibe, highly recommended when in Lysekil1
