Kfc - Macclenny

At first they told me to hold on to the Drive-Dru loudspeaker and then forget that I lost 2 cars behind me, then I moved into the window that then parked Me with no one in the line all the time I was raised. What I ordered was missing things that were corrected, but I was informed by the restaurant general manager that I was not charged for missing items. I ordered it.

Customer service here are so bad that one manager named Katelyn is so rude they forgot my side item and i came through the drive thru and ask them about it they slammed the window on me plus the crispy chicken i had was old and hard im so disappointed andso disgusted by this kfc i wouldn?t go here again if you like kfc dont go to this place food is nasty and the staff are rudedont waste your money.

Rude employee in drive thru after asking for the rest of my order she forgot. Slammed window twice and said what do you want?

Pitiful. Waited 5 minutes, placed was not busy. No one acknowledged us with an "be right with you. Two employees walked past us and said nothing and we left....for good!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I always enjoy eating at KFC. It's very clean.
