Macclenny location, bacon egg cheese rider immediate food poisoning. Bacon was bad. Never again!!!

If I could have given zeros I would have. Attitudes in the morning time are very poor. Hashbrowns are not hashbrowns they are tater tots. Called to place order so that when I got there after 6am it would be ready...get told we 're not open you have to call back in 30 minutes. I 'm putting my truck order away. Get there at 556am and at 600am the one lady opens back door to smoke. I hope she washed her hands before she touches my food. This was my first and LAST time ordering breakfast from the sheik in Macclenny. I will drive to Callahan before I order here again. Then each item was rang up as a la carte making the price higher than a breakfast plate. Also ask for a large sweet tea that cashier obviously didn 't hear because she got frustrated with my ordering method...as I mentioned it was my first and last time ordering breakfast here.

I placed an order for 3 cheeseburgers, mayo mustard, ketchup with lettuce added to only one of the burgers. I asked the young man taking my order if he would put extra packets of condiments in the bag. He responded yes. Drove around to the pickup window, was handed my food by a different employee, very unfriendly. No thank you, have a nice day or anything. She closed the window while I was checking my order for the extra packets of condiments, they weren’t in my bag. I sat and waited for someone to see that there was a problem. She finally came to the window and I told her I didn’t get the extra packets that I requested. Her response was, “.THERE’S NOT ENOUGH ON YOUR BURGER?” I said no, is that a problem? She acted as though she was paying for it out of her own pocket. She said just hand me your bag. I didn’t want to give my food back. She also told me they had already put mustard, mayo ketchup on the burgers. I told her to forget it and pulled up to check the burgers for the lettuce on one of them, it wasn’t. Had to pull back through to get it fixed. The same girl took it, still with the attitude. She brought it back, and, yes I snatched it from her because I had more than enough of her poor customer service. She said you don’t have to snatch and closed the window while I was responding to her comment replying, AND YOU SHOULDN’T ASK WHY I NEED EXTRA CONDIMENTS. Some people just shouldn’t be working with the public/customer service. I will be taking this matter up with management.
