Chili's Grill - Machesney Park

I'm not sure what happened to chilis on 173, but say it went downhill is an understatement. my family and I have been there regularly in the last 10 years and never had problems. since 2020 and the following times it was terrible. recharge on a bill, cold eating that sits out, waiting to be brought to our table, wait an overwhelming time to sit down or even talk to a server, or even blatantly ignored by the host. we have tried to give it several chances to come back from covid, but it is like a dead horse to hit at this point. officially lost a master.

Service was absolutely awful. Waitress had forgotten about up completely. Was ready to walk out. This restaurant has unfortunately gone downhill. We had to grab the hostess to get our waitress. Our waitress never checked in on us. We will not be coming back to this restaurant in a long time. Used to be a favorite.

I think it was much better in all the asspects. quite expensive for a family. Eating is okay, never bad, but nothing to flee. looks like they're more interested in the job and want to throw them out. but maybe I am, who knows, probably better places to take the family for lunch or dinner.

The menu is constantly changed. never very satisfied with eating.

Very cold so it was nit a comfortable experience. Service was fair.
