To make matters worse, my food was lukewarm and the fries were undercooked. The curly fries were so soft they were practically straight! It felt like a waste of money. Additionally, I didn’t receive a receipt, napkins, or anything else—just a bag with my food in it.

Affordable yet delicious food. It’s an excellent place to relax, do some people-watching, and enjoy a satisfying meal. The service was both friendly and attentive. It's no surprise that you have so many fantastic reviews!

The manager was exceptional, but the cashier appeared to have no knowledge of Splenda or artificial sweeteners; she honestly didn’t seem to know what they were. Then, there was another employee who seemed anxious and quickly left when I asked about artificial sweeteners and requested to speak with the manager. Thankfully, the manager was able to resolve my concern. I will definitely come back.

My sister and I recently dined at this restaurant, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The location was easily accessible, the staff were welcoming, and the food was fantastic. We were among only a handful of customers, as others came and went. I also found that Arby's mozzarella sticks are some of the best I've ever tasted; the cheese was flavorful and perfectly melted, and the coating was delightful.

The food was dry and lukewarm. The staff didn't make eye contact or greet us; they seemed bored and disinterested. They took our money, handed us our food, and closed the window without saying a word. Overall, the experience was disappointing, including the attitude of the staff.
