Tubby's Sub Shop - Madison Heights

Went to this location at 8 pm. Online said open until 9 pm they were closed. Update hours please.

Steak and cheese was awful meat was precooked and all dried out, onions were caramelized and some kind of brown sauce on meat or just burnt. This used to be the best Tubby's around not anymore, was so hungry but so disappointed. It is a drive through only and don’t know what they did to the meat. Like well done but the meat was beyond that

This location is drive thru only and was very slow service from ordering to delivery. Food was good. Suggest a better process for drive thru.

Order was wrong and service was terrible. It took over an hour to get us our food when ordering online. Don’t waste your money.

I understand if this was when COVID-19 rates were high and at the beginning. BUT why now? If its lack of staff that is your owners/manager concern (another review) and am sure trying to address hiring people but in the mean time maybe that owner needs to step up and come in and support their staff. I don't understand why the lobby can't be open during peak lunch hours as well and then shut the doors say at 2pm for walk in's for the day.As a person who is on their lunch break I can't afford to stay in a line for 10 minutes because there are 4 or more cars in line-I drive by.
