Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe staff at the front counter were extremely friendly and attentive. There was no attempts to upsell, and they were nice and professional. They clearly cared about the customers, as evidenced by their attention to detail in getting the order right, including the correct number of condiments. The restaurant itself was clean, and the drink counter was also well-maintained. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about providing a positive experience for their customers. Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the employee who assisted me.
This is my second time going through the drive-thru. The first time, we didn't receive our fries that we paid for with our order. Now, on our most recent visit, our order was completely messed up. Both of the Big Mac meals were wrong, and the Happy Meal that was supposed to be a cheeseburger ended up being chicken nuggets. We decided not to waste time driving back and instead gave the chicken nuggets to our pets. The drive-thru is good for coffee, but definitely not for food. It's frustrating to have to park, check the orders, and then get back in line to get it fixed. We won't be returning.
Janurary 1st 2023 morning visit. The inside cashier on new years day when above and beyond in her pleasantries to customers. She complimented customers made customers happy with positive small conversations. This lady (sorry I should have got her name) should be training all mcdonalds employees on how to treat customers because she has it down to a tee. Give this lady a raise!
The food is consistently served cold at this restaurant. The service is exceptionally bad and slow, even when using the drive-through service. This McDonald's location is the most inefficient one I have ever visited and has shown no signs of improvement in the last three years. Another equally incompetent McDonald's can be found at Bayview Mall on Highway 2 in Belleville. It is recommended that the staff receive proper training and that a competent manager is present at all times.
Worst ever. Going through drivethrough, told server 3 times I had a coupon, start, middle and end of order. Wrong price comes up, I point it out and say, for the fourth time that I have a coupon and was told Well, you should have told me earlier . Yup, I yelled. I did, I did, I did, you didn 't listen . When I got to pick up window, after I pay, this mouthy young girl says that she heard me yell at her coworker. I asked her did she also hear me tell him I had a coupon 3 times? She was lippy, disrespectful and useless on top of it. I said just cancel my order, of course she didn 't know how to give me money back. Got an older worker to come over, and guess what, she gave me the wrong amount back. My wife said when employee was handing over a ten and change, that the order actually cost $15 plus and we were told yes, it was all there. I have been in charge of and running restaurants for 40 years, I would NEVER hire this young mouthy girl. Customers may not always be right, but maybe you should just let it go. AND I WAS RIGHT.
