Lobster Jo's Food Truck - Mahone Bay

We absolutely love Jo and her food truck! The lobster rolls are the best we've tasted on the South Shore, and we've sampled quite a few. Everything from the on-site bungalows to the homemade mayo is simply delicious. If we could, we would eat them every day. Jo has also made take-home orders for us that are perfect for lunch or dinner parties—ideal if you want the meal without having to assemble the ingredients. We feel so fortunate to have Jo in Lunenburg County!

My husband and I got the mini lobster roll were blown away by how delicious they are! The mini is still big enough to satisfy your hunger. Five stars, thumbs up and gold statue, ho boy!
